STRATEGIC ADVISORY FOR LEADERs AND HR, READY TO LEAD DIFFERENTLY
the challenge
Performance starts slipping before the numbers show it.
You see it first in slower decisions, conversations that keep circling, managers who become cautious and good people who quietly give less. These are rarely separate problems. They are signs that leadership, trust and the work itself are no longer aligned.
This is where I do my best work: before a people problem becomes a business result.
the solution ↓
Choose the conversation you need:
Leadership Advisory
I work with leaders who are taking on greater responsibility, who want to strengthen their leadership skills or who are trying to keep people engaged through change.
I combine coaching, experience-based mentoring and direct strategic advice. The balance depends on the situation, not on a fixed programme.
The HR
Room
For HR professionals who are expected to hold difficult conversations, advise others and absorb uncertainty often without a place to think honestly themselves.
The HR Room offers coaching, mentoring and senior HR sparring grounded in the realities of the function.
Who am I ?
I have sat on your side of the table.
I am Ola Szymanowicz-Siwiec, founder of Energeia Advisory. For more than 20 years, I have worked inside international organisations operating exactly at the point where business decisions become people consequences.
Having worked at the intersection of people and business for two decades, I understand both the strategic realities organizations face and the human dynamics that determine success. I do not sell theory, I advise basing on 20 years of my own experience – my successes and mistakes.
As a VP People & Culture, Global HR Director and executive HR partner, I advised senior leaders, built HR functions, and supported organisations through growth, crisis, restructuring, and large-scale change.
I do not bring an off-the-shelf leadership model and ask you to fit yourself into it. My approach is always tailor-made and combines strategic thinking, practical business experience and deep understanding of people and organizational dynamics.

frequently asked questions
-
I work with leaders, HR professionals and organisations facing a meaningful shift: a new role, greater responsibility, a difficult decision, a change programme or a need to lead with more impact. The common denominator is not job title. It is the weight and consequence of the work.
-
Both. Some of my work is 1:1 - with individual leaders and HR professionals, whether they're paying for it themselves or their organisation is. And some is organisational: with leadership teams, HR functions, and change that runs across the whole business. Whether you're a leader, an HR professional, or an organisation looking for support for either, we start from what's actually going on and work out the right shape from there.
-
No. I use clear structures, but I do not sell a fixed curriculum. We agree the question, the outcome and the right form of support before the work begins.
-
It may include elements of all three and more, depending on your goals. Coaching creates space for your own thinking. Mentoring lets me share relevant experience. Advisory work brings a direct point of view to a business or organisational question. I am explicit about which mode would be most useful, and I do not hide advice inside a coaching question.
-
Yes. I have worked across cultures, countries and time zones throughout my career, and I work with clients virtually as well as face to face.

Send me a short note about what is happening. Our first conversation is used to understand the situation and decide whether I am the right person to help. There is no need to diagnose the challenge before you contact me, we can do it together.
