STRATEGIC ADVISORY FOR LEADERS READY TO LEAD DIFFERENTLY
Leadership is tested in the work no one can rehearse.
A new role. A team that has stopped moving. A transformation people understand on paper but do not believe in yet. I work with leaders when the answer cannot be found in another model or management course.
During change, people rarely need more messages. They need fewer contradictions.
What leaders say matters. What they reward, postpone, tolerate and decide under pressure matters more. When those signals conflict, uncertainty turns into caution, politics and lost pace.
My work helps leaders make those signals more coherent, so people know what is changing, what is not, what good looks like and where they still have room to act.
What we may work on ↓
The real work beneath the JOB TITLE
Moving from expert judgement to leadership judgement
Setting direction when certainty is unavailable
Building authority without over-control
Holding difficult performance and stakeholder conversations
Delegating decisions without losing accountability
Reading the effect you have on a room
Keeping teams engaged when the answer is unpopular
Protecting pace, trust and critical talent through change
Where are you now ?
Three places an outside perspective makes the difference - you, your team, your organisation.
LEADING
AS ONE
Each leader at the table may be strong individually, but the team around it is not yet more than the sum of its parts.
I work with leadership teams to look honestly at what is working and what isn't: where trust breaks down, where decisions stall, and where individual agendas quietly outweigh the shared one. The aim is to turn a group of capable individuals into a team that owns its results together, and pulls in one direction even under pressure.
Useful for: leadership teams formed through restructuring, M&A or fast growth, and established teams where individual interests are starting to cost the organisation more than anyone is naming.
Finding your way of leading
You are already established, but parts of your leadership no longer produce the result they once did.
We examine how you make decisions, use authority, communicate under pressure and affect the people around you. The aim is not to manufacture a leadership persona. It is to make your leadership more deliberate, legible and effective.
Useful for: mid-level and senior leaders extending their influence, preparing for broader scope or rebuilding performance without exhausting the team.
Leading change
The structure may be approved, but the organisation still has to live through it.
I help leaders manage the human operating reality of change: fatigue, unclear trade-offs, slower decisions, loss of trust and the departure of people the organisation needs most. The work connects engagement directly to execution rather than treating it as a communications exercise.
Useful for: individual leaders and organisations preparing for or working through restructuring, integration, rapid growth or sustained uncertainty.
How I work ?
ONE FRAMEWORK. DIFFERENT LEVELS OF WORK.
With individuals
As a thinking partner, coach, mentor or advisor - often more than one within the same relationship - depending on whether you need space to think, someone who has stood where you're standing, or a direct view to weigh against your own.
With leadership teams
I look at how the team actually operates - where trust breaks down, where decisions stall, where individual agendas quietly outweigh the shared one - then work directly with the team to close that gap.
With organisations
I bring the same lens to engagement and culture at scale: what's driving it, what's draining it, and what would actually move performance - using tools built for this, not a generic engagement survey.
Whichever we start with, the throughline stays the same. I'll always be clear about which one we're in, why, and what it's building toward.

My advice is grounded in operating experience
I have served as a senior HR partner to executive teams; led global and regional HR functions; supported organisations through restructuring, crisis and cross-border transformation; negotiated with employee representative bodies; and led international teams through periods of uncertainty.
That experience does not mean your answer should be the same as mine. It means we can spend less time explaining how organisations behave when the stakes rise and more time deciding what you will do next.
FAQ
Practical questions
-
It is designed around the decision, not the catalogue.
Individual engagements typically run for three to twelve months, depending on the role, question and depth of change required. Organisational work may include leadership diagnosis, preparation before transformation, one-to-one or group mentoring, leadership interventions and keynote conversations.
Before we begin, we agree:
The question the work must help answer
The change we should be able to observe
Who needs to be involved
What remains confidential
When we will stop, review or change course
-
We decide according to the need. If you need space to examine your own patterns and choices, coaching is often right. If you are facing a situation where relevant experience would be useful, mentoring may be faster. Most senior engagements use both, with explicit agreement.
-
No. I work across leadership levels when the transition or challenge is consequential. My experience allows me to understand the wider organisational system around the individual, whether the client is taking a first leadership role or operating at executive level.
-
Yes. Transformation and engagement work may involve a leadership team, a cohort of leaders or a combination of individual and group work.
-
Only when it helps answer the actual question. I may use stakeholder feedback, behavioural insight or a practical framework, but the tool does not become the work.
-
We define observable evidence at the start: a decision made, a conversation handled differently, clearer stakeholder alignment, stronger team ownership or improved execution through change. The measures should fit the work rather than create theatre around it.
-
Yes. If an organisation sponsors the engagement, we contract separately around shared objectives, review points and the limits of disclosure. The content of individual conversations remains confidential unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
